Shipping: All of our products are shipped through U.P.S. and US PRIORITY MAIL.   Items that are in stock will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours. If for some reason there is a delay, we will notify you through email.
 
Shipping Charges: All shipping charges will be added to your order before processing. This is the easiest way for us to give you theBEST RATE...You will save on shipping when ordering more than one item as these can be put together in the same box. We will email you with your total before we process.  Your shipping charge will not show at check-out. You will recieve an email from us with total.
 
Save shipping charges when ordering more than one item....Although each item has it's own ship charge, when you order two or more items, we will adjust the shipping charge to fit your order. Once your order is placed and recieved by us, we will adjust your charges according to the items weight, size and amounts. Although this will not show up at check out, it will be adjusted by us BEFORE processing your card. Not to worry, we promise to help you with the BEST SHIPPING COST possible. PROMISE....!!!

 

Please be sure to include your full name and detailed shipping information when making your purchase.

 

Because our items come in varied weights and sizes, all shipping will be determined individually in order to provide you with the most cost effective way of receiving your goods. In order to give you the best shipping rates, we prefer to handle freight charges on individual orders. You will be charged THE BEST RATE based on the number of items ordered. We will ADJUST your shipping according to the number of items ordered which usually results in much less shipping than what is added in you total upon check out.  

 

You will be notified when your order is shipped along with the total of your order. Once you are notified, we ask that you watch for your expected package to arrive. This will eliminate any possible damage to gourmet foods that could perish if left out in extreme heat or otherwise. Remember….Chocolate Melts..!!!  We cannot be responsible for packages not taken inside to assure freshness or food items left out in extreme weather conditions.    If you have any concerns or questions, don’t hesitate to call us.   We promise to give you the very best customer service, something that is hard to find these days! Custom Orders: All custom orders require full payment before order is processed.   Since these items will be made just for you, they will not be returnable or refundable.   Also, depending on the item, a little longer ship date may be required. If it will be longer than two weeks, we will contact you to let you know when to expect its arrival.   

 

Returns : We strive to offer you the best quality products and try to give detail information on each item as well as a close up picture so that you will clearly see what you are purchasing.   If you have a question about any of our products, please do not hesitate to call us and we will be happy to help you.     However, should you need to return your purchase; you will need to contact us for a return approval code. We ask that you insure all returns for your own protection. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Approved returns must be sent to us within 7 days of your receiving them, in the same package and condition that it was shipped. ONLY approved items will be refunded. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping costs. You will be credited only for the amount of the items purchased.   All credits will be issued within 10 days of receiving goods back to us.   This return policy does not apply to any custom made orders or special request made by you upon ordering.

 

 We understand from time to time something may not arrive in proper condition due to shipping or packaging from the manufacturer.   Should you receive damaged goods, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will take care of it immediately.   We will give you instructions on what to do in order to get the package back to us.
