The Surcee Life

My name is Sarah Loving and I come to Owasso from Texas. While my heart will always be a little further south, I am happy to call Owasso my home. I have been so pleased to have ended up following my husband's career to such an enjoyable community. There is something to be said for all of the friendly "hellos" I hear just about everywhere I go. I have three young boys that keep me fairly busy, but leave me just enough time to pursue my love of art and creating. My background is as a fourth grade teacher but after I started to stay home my creative side could not be contained. I began reupholstering almost every piece of furniture I own, sewing clothes for my boys, painting artwork for our home, and faux finishing the walls. Around Surcee many of you already know me as The Silhouette Girl and more recently I have learned the art of hand soldering glass charms. I am excited to sell my products exclusively through Surcee and to be coordinating the many workshops that Laura is now offering through her store. Join me and start living the Surcee Life today.

Hello, My name is Lucy Loving, and I am originally from Oklahoma but lived many years in central Texas near Austin. It was a great place to live, but my husband & I began to miss home so we decided to move back. And here we are. We have never regretted our decision because we love Owasso, and it is a great place to live and raise our two children. My background is in Social Work, but I decided to put my career on hold to stay at home with them. I have always had a passion for decorating, and have been decorating for friends and family for years. I began to get more serious about this interest a few years ago and have never looked back. Decorating is a great way to express youself without saying a word. The creative part of decorating is what I love the most. I would say one my favorite things about my job is the opportunity to start a new project with each client. Every individual has their own style and that is the starting point in every project. I enjoy coming up with ideas that will make your home reflect that style. I am proud to be part of the Surcee Life team, and look forward to coming up with great ideas for your home.
