What is vinyl lettering? TOP

Vinyl lettering is pre-spaced, pre-cut letters in the font and color of your choice. They adhere to flat smooth surfaces. The letters are very thin and have a sticky backing. The vinyl is the equivalent to 2-3 layers of paint, giving it the hand painted stenciling look and homemade style you're looking for.

The other great thing about vinyl lettering - is that it is completely removeable. You can add a "WOW" factor to your walls without the worry.

This is great for home-owners, business-owners, renters, college students and church groups.

Will vinyl lettering stick to all surfaces? TOP

Vinyl lettering will stick to most surfaces (light textured walls, wood, metal, glass, porcelain, paper, cardboard, poster board, fiberboard, plastic and steel).

It will not stick to rough textured surfaces such as stucco or brick.

What is an overlay? TOP

The term "overlay" refers to a vinyl that is applied over another one. It is a different color and font than the one is is being applied to.

How do I determine the height of the vinyl lettering? TOP

The height is determined by measuring the tallest point and the lowest point of the phrase. For example, a phrase that says, "Always Kiss Me Goodnight", would be measured from the top of the capital 'A' in 'Always' to the bottom of the 'y' in 'Always'.

How do I clean the vinyl? TOP
You can clean the vinyl with a damp cloth.

Can I reuse the vinyl after removing it? TOP
No, once the vinyl has been removed on one surface, it should not be removed and used again.

How do I apply the vinyl? TOP

Please see the "Application Instructions" page. You will also recieve a printed copy with each order.

What if I need to remove the lettering from the wall? TOP

When you are ready to remove the vinyl, simply pull it off. If is small graphics or lettering, you may want to use tweezers. Also, you can use a hair dryer to warm up the vinyl before removing to make it easier.

Do I have to put each letter on individually? TOP
No, your lettering will come pre-spaced so it is applied at once.

Can you mirror any graphic or saying to be read or seen from the outside? TOP
Yes, we can mirror any saying or graphic at no additional cost.

How much are the shipping charges? TOP

When will my vinyl arrive? TOP
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

What items will I need to install the vinyl letters? TOP

The items requited are household cleaner (for cleaning the surface), masking tape, and an application tool. You can purchase this tool from this website or use something you already have like a credit card.

You may also use a level or measuring tape for accuate measuring, however, feel free to be brave and "eyeball" it if you want.

What do vinyl letters cost? TOP

The cost is determined by the size of the letter being purchased for custom designs. See the "Price" page.

The "Pre-Made Design" items are priced a lot less, since the design work has already been done. See each individual design for the prices.

What type of payments do you accept? TOP

We currently accept payments made via PayPal. You can pay through PayPal with a credit card, instant transfer or bank e-check. You do not need a PayPal account make a credit card payment.

You may also send a check or money order. Please note - when sending checks, a temorary hold will be applied to verify funds before vinyl will be shipped.

How secure is a payment made on your website? TOP
Rest assured, all your information is kept strictly confidental. It is encrypted and maintained on a secure server and is never sold or revealed to any entity. Order payments are processed secruely thru PayPal.

How do I apply an overlay? TOP

Follow the same instructions for the second layer. Take care in placing it over the first saying as it sticks more quickly to itself.

Can I see my custom saying before you cut it? TOP

Yes - I will send you a "proof" via e-mail for approval before we cut your saying. We also will make changes to your design to ensure your complete satisfaction before we cut.

Can I use a font not on your list? TOP
Please e-mail us with your font choice and we will do our best to find it for you. We only list a handful of choices to eliminate confusion for our buyers but are happy to use other fonts as well.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped? TOP
Yes - if you live in my area - you are more than welcome to pick up your order in person.
